Virtual Service is a unique totally free service from BPC providing an on demand monitoring service of the PowerPro HP UPS. All that is required is an internet connection or a suitable modem/external phone line and BPC’s Technical Support desk can conduct a remote “service unit” to check the current status of the UPS equipment. Virtual Service is available to all BPC customers and includes a “free” automatic three monthly health check. Customers with HP service plan package enjoy an enhanced Virtual Service program with frequent full status reports on the UPS and continuing examination of all the current site operating conditions to ensure complete “peace of mind”.
